Dr. Rief is a Nebraska native growing up in Shelby, NE. He received his undergraduate degree from Nebraska Wesleyan University and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer Chiropractic College in Davenport, IA. While at Palmer Dr. Rief was chosen to be a part of a humanitarian effort in India, where he provided needed healthcare to the native population. Dr. Rief is certified in acupuncture through the Fellowship of Acupuncture Society of America, certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and is a member of the Nebraska Chiropractic Association. Dr. Rief is also certified in the Webster Technique through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Dr. Gavin Payne, D.C.

Born and raised in the Sandhills, Dr.Gavin is proud to serve the community that helped make him the man he is today. Growing up on a farm near Ericson, Ne, his family made frequent trips to Grand Island for groceries and other needed supplies. Dr. Gavin completed his pre-chiropractic courses at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. He then went on to chiropractic school in Kansas City. Dr. Gavin graduated in 2001 from Clevland Chiropractic College. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, as well as, a Clinic Service Award, and Certificate of Appriciation for being an outstanding teaching assistant.

Dr.Gavin resides in Kearney with his wife and 2 kids. Dr. Gavin and his wife are expecting their third child in June. Dr. Gavin is excited to put his 9 years of experience to work improving the health of Grand Island and surrounding communities.

Shebly graduated from the Mayotherepy Institue in Lincon with her Associates in massage therepy. She is both nationaly and state certifeid to preform various massages such as doctor prescribed, deep tissue, sweedish and many more.

Jenna Rivera

Office Manager/Limited Radiographer

 My duties include billing, insurance, and taking the x-rays in our office. I also customize payment plans with our patients so that they can receive the care needed. My favorite aspect of my job is getting to know the patients and watching their lives change and improve through chiropractic care.

My job includes answering the phones, greeting patients, scheduling, and checking patients out when they leave.  I also assist, with insurance claims and record keeping.  I enjoy meeting new people everyday and making sure their needs are met.

I'm the Practice Representative and Rehab Specialist. My main duties include marketing, business appreciations, I assist patients with their ultrasound treatments, muscle stemulation, stretching and exercises. I like meeting new patients and watching them get better day by day.

 My duties include billing, insurance, answering phones and taking x-rays in our office, I love to get to know patients and see them get the care they need.
